The Fall is nearly done, fading colours announcing the Winter. Oncoming strong and cold winds take down the leaves, leaving but a stubborn few. As anything with nature, this transition is a gradual process, grey skies over last remaining traces of colour.
Early morning and High Park is already announcing this transition with overcast morning skies and colourful foliage in it’s last hurrah for this year. Reflection adds a drama and beauty, colour contrast underscoring the shrinking colour of Summer and Fall in the face of the new Winter season, time for cold hibernation.
Sunset of colours, a shrinking line of green, yellow and red in the face of growing steely grayness.
